Montero II, a renowned general and thoracic surgeon, spent decades living what he calls the “lonely doctor” journey: seeing, day after day, where systems fail patients, especially the underserved. From busy hospital corridors to global medical missions, his work has been driven by one conviction — high-quality care should reach people who rarely get it.
Steven R. Burch, a seasoned investment banker and business builder, has spent his career turning complex opportunities into durable enterprises. For him, capital, structure, and strategy are tools with a purpose: to create real-world impact, not just financial returns.
