Headquartered in the Research Triangle of North Carolina, DHI was founded to bridge advanced digital health innovations with real-world clinical operations in the U.S. and abroad — and now operates as a single, integrated prime contractor across all of its verticals.
As a global technology-innovation and product provider, the focus of DHI's business is with the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. federal government agencies; the remaining portion is international government and commercial sales.
Built by a leadership team with deep experience in healthcare, finance, technology, and global supply-chain management, DHI has grown into a multi-vertical platform spanning medical equipment and technology, lighting and energy efficiency, textiles and consumables, digital health and telehealth, data and analytics (Titan), cybersecurity and infrastructure (including PipIQ and CyberFortify), cognitive performance (Cognifit), and integrated insurance and risk solutions.
DHI is fully registered on SAM.gov and actively engaged in the federal, state, and local government contracting process — positioned to serve agencies, health systems, and public institutions across the United States. Through strategic partnerships such as our global procurement relationship with GPDI in South Korea and our network of clinical and technology providers, DHI structures compliant, scalable contracts that support both domestic initiatives and international health projects.
DHI works with GSA and standard contract bids in a Prime Contract position or as a subcontractor to other sources. We work on a global basis for all verticals and are registered with FEMA for products aligned to our verticals.
