Tell us about your channel. We issue a unique referral code + a personalized AutoCommand link.
Share your link with car buyers, following the promotion requirements.
Your code is recorded in the order. You earn on completed sales attributed to you.
Recommended payout
7% of gross profit on each completed sale attributed to your referral code. Alternatives we can discuss: a flat fee per video/post, or a hybrid (small upfront + performance bonus). Final terms are set in your partnering agreement.
Promotion requirements
- • Clearly disclose the paid/affiliate relationship on every post (FTC "#ad" / "paid partnership").
- • Make only accurate, approved claims about pricing, financing, fees, protection, and shipping — never imply guaranteed approval.
- • Use DHI-provided brand assets; don't imply an endorsement beyond this program.
- • No spam, and no paid-search bidding on AutoCommand/DHI trademarks.
- • Always use your assigned referral code so sales attribute correctly.
Partnering agreement (template)

1. Parties & program. Affiliate/Creator Agreement between Digital Health International, Inc. ("DHI") and the promoter ("Partner") for AutoCommand AI Marketplace.
2. Referral & attribution. DHI issues a unique referral code. A sale is "attributed" when the Partner's code is recorded in a completed customer order.
3. Compensation. DHI pays 7% of gross profit on attributed, completed sales unless otherwise agreed in writing; paid after order completion and any return window.
4. Disclosure & conduct. Partner complies with the Promotion Requirements, including FTC disclosure and accurate claims (no guaranteed-approval/financing claims).
5. Independent contractor / taxes. Partner is an independent contractor; DHI may require a W-9 and issue a 1099 where applicable.
6. Term & termination. Either party may end this agreement with written notice; validated payouts survive. DHI may withhold for fraud, returns/chargebacks, or violations.
7. No guarantee. No earnings or sales-volume guarantee; products, pricing, and terms may change.
