Share your link to our commercial lighting catalog with your audience, following the promotion requirements.
Your code rides into the order. You earn on completed sales attributed to you.
Recommended payout
7% of gross profit on each completed (shipped) sale attributed to your referral code — paid after the order completes. Gross profit = list price minus our cost on the items sold.
Alternative structures we can discuss: a flat fee per sponsored video/post, or a hybrid (small upfront + performance bonus). Final terms are set in your partnering agreement.
How your referral code is tracked
Your personalized link adds ?ref=YOUR-CODE to the catalog. When a shopper arrives through your link, the code follows them to checkout and is recorded in the order. Payouts are calculated from completed orders that carry your code — no guesswork.
Promotion requirements
- • Clearly disclose the paid/affiliate relationship on every post (FTC "#ad" / "paid partnership").
- • Only make accurate, approved claims about products, pricing, and energy/rebate benefits — no exaggerated or unverified statements.
- • Use only DHI-provided brand assets and messaging; do not imply an endorsement or partnership beyond this program.
- • No spam, paid search bidding on DHI/Keystone trademarks, or misleading coupon/deal listings.
- • Always link with your assigned referral code so sales attribute correctly.
- • DHI may review content and pause or end the partnership for violations.
Partnering agreement (template)

1. Parties & program. This Affiliate/Influencer Agreement is between Digital Health International, Inc. ("DHI") and the undersigned promoter ("Partner") for DHI's commercial lighting catalog.
2. Referral & attribution. DHI issues the Partner a unique referral code. A sale is "attributed" when the Partner's code is recorded in a completed (shipped) customer order.
3. Compensation. DHI will pay the Partner 7% of gross profit (list price less DHI's cost) on attributed, completed sales, unless a different rate/structure is agreed in writing. Payouts are made on a periodic schedule after order completion and any return window.
4. Disclosure & conduct. Partner will comply with the Promotion Requirements, including FTC disclosure, accurate claims, and approved brand usage.
5. Independent contractor / taxes. Partner is an independent contractor and is responsible for taxes; DHI may require a W-9 and will issue a 1099 where applicable. Partner is not an employee or agent of DHI.
6. Term & termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice; accrued, validated payouts survive termination. DHI may withhold payouts for fraud, returns/chargebacks, or violations.
7. No guarantee. DHI makes no guarantee of earnings or sales volume. Prices, products, and program terms may change.
